The three reasons cellphones should not be in the classroom are texting, cheating, and bullying. A cellphone in the classroom presents a huge distraction. Students could look up whatever they wanted to. Every year cellphones go off and distract the class. The class will laugh before getting back on task. A cellphone can search the Internet, play games, and just about everything else.

Cellphones are an easier way to contact people. Cellphones are a quick and easy way to check something. While some stakeholders believe cell phone technology can enrich the classroom experience or provide students a level of security, others are finding them to be a distraction, leaving administrators searching for policies that balance technology needs with a structured environment conducive to student learning. In conclusion cell phones do not belong in the classroom.

The first reason why we don't need cell phones in the classroom is because students could use them to cheat. One way students could use cell phones to cheat is by going on the Internet to search an answer. Another way a student could cheat is by texting a friend who has already done the test or work, and ask them for the answer. Lastly, a way students could cheat is by taking a picture of answers before a test and use them during the test. These are just some of the many reasons why cheating supports not having cell phones in the class room.

You don't have to say for "inappropriate things and cheating." It doesn't flow as well as saying "inappropriate things" because in the first sentence you said all three things including cheating.

Cell phones should be ban from the classroom because it would help lower the rates of disruptions, bullying, and cheating. When cell phones go off in class, a lot of times it's an "accident". Many think they were on vibrate/silent. But this issue could simply be resolved with a strict ban on cell phones in the classroom. Lockers, backpacks, that's fine if they're on vibrate. Many "bad" things in teens daily lives could easily be taken away with the ban of cell phones in class. Although cell phones are great for quick communication purposes, many believe they aren't meant to be in the classroom. Just like in my situation many bad things can come out of cell phones in class. Disruptions, bullying, cheating. These are all things that cell phones in the classroom can lead to.

In conclusion; Cell phones should not be allowed in class because they cause students to get distracted, you won’t get your work done and your grades will drop, Some people like cheating so they use their phone to look up answers. I can’t believe how students can be so addictive to their phones. I wish schools would ban phones from entering schools. I think they should ask students to put their phones in their lockers or they should have a basket for them to put their phones in after they enter school.

Cell phones have brought on a whole new age of technology and they do make life more convenient in terms of communication. However, the side effects of cell phones and the distractions that they are cause many dangerous and unhealthy situations to occur.
