Take out the comma between "class" and "because."

Rephrase your 3 arguments; cheating, bullying, and other electronically academic options. Your wording is a bit overwhelming.

I believe that cell phones should be allowed in the classroom because it is less expensive than iPads ( yet has the same ability) , they are good for emergencies, and it helps prepare us for the technology that we will use in the future.
